Tongs were placed in the wash compartment in the 3 compartment sink.

CDI informed PIC to ensure food items are kept at the proper temperature to keep the generator on. Need to also ensure that food items being transported are keep at 41F or below. Noted chili not in the reheating process on the grill above 41F and mayo stored on the table outside of the unit at 61F. CDI grill was turned on to reheat the chili and mayo was discarded.
