Ice build-up observed on the walk in freezer ceiling (in the corner and above the condensor fans) and door jam. Air curtain at the walk in cooler observed torn (one panel).

PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
Dust build up observed on ceiling vents, ceiling tile and upper walls in the MAIN restrooms.

After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, EQUIPMENT, or supplies.
Mop head stored up and leaning against the wall in the mop sink. Store with head downward to avoid contaminating the handles and wall.
