4-303.11 Cleaning Agents and Sanitizer, Availability (Pf). Sanitizer shall be provided to clean with during operating hours. EHS explained how to make sanitizer by diluting chlorine (plain bleach) and water. Chlorine sanitizer shall be between 50-200 ppm and concentration verified with test strip before use.
4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (Pf). No test strips available at establishment. Testing devices shall be provided to ensure appropriate sanitizer concentrations. CDI- EHS provided a few test strips and staff took a photo of label to purchase test strips in the future. |
