Observed debris build-up/soiled residue in fryer area and inside of oven & breader station tall RIC's located in kitchen. Observed significant carbon build-up on sheet pans used for cookies and biscuits. PIC notified and advised additional cleaning. Advised replacing sheet pans as needed. |
