EHS observed pepperoni and capriccio in prep unit cooler with date marking labels of 6/5. EHS observed multiple items in both prep unit coolers and reach in cooler with no date marking labels on them; PIC and employees were able to confirm the items had been cooked/prepped over the weekend. CDI- Pepperoni and capriccio were voluntarily discarded; PIC added date marking labels to food items that were missing labels. |
