General CommentsBoth REHS and PIC's thermometers had their calibrations verified in ice water. REHS thoroughly sanitized their thermometer at the beginning and throughout the inspection. Please send picture of new water filter with install and replace dates on them to 984-278-2406 or benmeyer@dconc.gov . Once received, REHS will send a follow up report stating that facility is all good to go.

Roach was removed and the container was sent to be cleaned once more. PIC indicated that they purchased some but they could not find where they were. CDI - REHS gave PIC some QUAT test strips to use in the meantime while they ordered/found more. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided.

51 1 Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices No Yes Yes 5-205.13 Scheduling Inspection and Service for a Water System Device - REPEAT, VERIFICATION REQUIRED WITHIN 10 DAYS (4/16/26) The arctic pure water filter by the hot and cold bars was found out of date. The spec sheet indicates that the filter must be replaced every 6 months but it was installed in May. Please send REHS a photo or email with a picture with the new install date and replace dates marked on the new filter. A device such as a water treatment device or backflow preventer shall be scheduled for inspection and service, in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and as necessary to prevent device failure based on local water conditions, and records demonstrating inspection and service shall be maintained by the PERSON IN CHARGE. Pf 5-205.15 (B) Leak pipe etc. not imminent threat - REPEAT Leaks observed on the 3 compartment sink handle, the hose connecting to the detergent, and the raw meat sink. Plumbing shall be maintained in good repair.
